Why We Started Resonance
Technology brings unprecedented opportunity, but it has also accelerated three interlocking crises shaping modern life.

Crisis of Connection
Loneliness and fragmentation are rising, while meaningful public spaces for human interaction are disappearing. Without places to gather, connect, and collaborate, we lose the shared infrastructure required to solve the problems that matter most.
Crisis of Agency
People are overwhelmed by information, choices, and change, leading to cognitive overload and a loss of creativity and wise judgment. With no time to pause, many feel disconnected from their own power, voice, and ability to shape their world.
Crisis of Meaning
AI accelerates information and content faster than humans can interpret, contextualize, or make sense of it. Without shared spaces for dialogue, society becomes increasingly polarized. Public discourse is driven by velocity rather than depth, leading to shallow narratives and binary thinking.
